Scanning Return Orders

(1) Return Order Scan:
To receive the return order, the APP supports scanning the tracking number, SKU/FNSKU.

(2) Why are some extra fields displayed on the APP after the return APP scans the trackling?
The shipping label’s barcode has a 420XXXX field that is invisible to the naked eye because the USPS hides it, but it will be displayed when the system scans it.
