How to Connect Your US Domestic Temu Store in ShipOut?

Step 1: Obtain Access Token from Temu

  1. Log in to your Temu seller account

  2. Navigate to Apps and ServicesManage Your Apps

  3. Click Authorize a New App

4. Select ShipOut APP

    • Check all permission options
    • Click Submit to generate the Access Token
    • Copy the Access Token for later use

Step 2: Link Your Temu Store in ShipOut

  1. Log in to your ShipOut OMS system(oms.shipout.com)

  2. Click on Selling Channel in the upper right corner

3. Click on Connect Store or Marketplace

4.Select the Temu Logo

5. Choose the US Domestic Store option

    • Paste the Access Token you obtained in Step 1 into the corresponding text box

      • Please select your token type according to your business scenario: [United States] or [Global], then obtain the corresponding [US Token] or [Global Token]
    • If you want to use Temu’s official shipping labels, enable the “Retrieve shipping labels purchased on TEMU” toggle button

    • Click the Connect to complete the authorizatio

Step 3: Configure Warehouse Mapping

  1. Go to the linked Temu domestic store list page

  2. Click Edit Store on the right side

  3. Select Warehouse Mapping

4. Choose your corresponding Temu store warehouse from the dropdown menu

5. Save the settings

Step 4: Sync Orders

  1. Click the Sync icon (circular arrows) in the upper right corner

  2. Select Sync Store Orders

  3. After successful synchronization, you will see the number of synced orders

  4. Navigate to Order Management on the left sidebar

  5. View all Temu orders under the “Pending” status

Step 5: Product Mapping

Product mapping creates a relationship between your Temu store products and the SKUs created in the ShipOut Product Management module.

How to map products:

  1. Ensure products are created in ShipOut’s Product Management section

  2. Map Temu product SKUs to ShipOut SKUs

  3. This allows the system to automatically recognize products when processing orders

How to re-authenticate?

  1. Refer to step 1 to obtain the latest token.

  2. Log in to your ShipOut OMS system(oms.shipout.com)

  3. Click on Selling Channel in the upper right corner
  4. Click Modify Connection on the Store right side
  5. Enter the new token in ShipOut system

  6. Click Link to complete re-authorization

  7. Now you can pull orders

Troubleshooting

Problem 1: Orders are not syncing

Solution:

  • Verify that the Access Token is entered correctly

  • Check that all permissions were granted during authorization

  • Ensure warehouse mapping is configured properly

  • Try re-authorizing the connection

Problem 2: Products are not recognized in orders

Solution:

  • Confirm that products are properly mapped between Temu and ShipOut

  • Check that SKU names match exactly

  • Verify products exist in ShipOut’s Product Management

Problem 3: Cannot pull Temu shipping labels

Solution:

  • Make sure the “Retrieve shipping labels purchased on TEMU” option is enabled during setup

  • For older integrations, follow the re-authorization steps mentioned above

  • Confirm all special permissions are granted in Temu
