Submitting Orders

All orders submitted through order management are orders pulled from online stores; to avoid errors when extracting orders, ensure that the SKU’s online store aliases are mapped. Only orders pulled from the store can have the shipping tracking number returned, which can be manually imported or created in the “Order Management module.”

The return of the shipping tracking number is not supported by the order. If the order is not from an online store, it is best to use “Parcel Outbound” to submit the outbound order.
