  • The shipping status of Shipment can only be Label Created;
  • Shipment has not generated ScanForm;
  • ShipDate (the system defaults to the order time + 48 hours) must be on or after the date the ScanForm was created; for example: if the order was placed at 8:00 am on Saturday, the latest time to generate the Scam Form is 8:00 am on Monday. Or spawn before 8am.
  • The shipping address of the Shipment must be the same (not sure if the same address with the same name and different company can be generated, verification is required)

Reminder: For Canada POST and UPS Canada, please set the exchange rate on the system management shipping service interface.

Please get in touch with Shipout customer service if you need to activate Ecomer, Superlb, 6LS, Vite, Shipstation, Canada UPS, UPS Surepost, DHL Ecommerce, or Canada POST services.

2. Shipping automation rule settings

The priority of shipping automation rules is determined by their order. For example, if an outbound order satisfies multiple rules at the same time, the system will match the first rule. When setting rules, the rule with the smallest applicable scope should be placed at the bottom, with the rule with the largest range at the end.

3. Shipping fee comparison display

Even if the customer configures the service of other accounts in the shipping automation rules but does not configure the service of the Ezeeship account, the shipping price comparison function will only display the Ezeeship rate.

4. Actual weight and volumetric weight

Only the actual weight can be used in the billing automation rules and shipping automation rule conditions; a temporary application of volume weight is not allowed. The volume weight is only temporarily used in the system for the freight of non-USPS first class mail; otherwise, the applied actual weight is used. Heavy;
For instance, WMS’s shipping automation guidelines state that UPS Ground should be used in all other circumstances and USPS First Class Mail when the weight is less than 1 LB. The shipping method should be USPS First Class Mail if the weight of an outgoing order is 0.2LB, the volume of the package is 10*10*10in, and the DIM is 139. In this case, the rule should be the actual weight applied.

How to set the system’s volume weight: shipping service price rule setting, choose to upload the price list, create the channel

5.  Using “belongs to” and “contains” conditions in the shipping automation rules

Belongs to—the condition is satisfied if there is at least one rule in the order that satisfies the requirements.
Contains—the order’s content must include all of the conditions in the condition; if one condition does not meet the set condition, this rule does not apply.
