What if Teapplix cannot update the order to ShipOut?

If your Teapplix ERP cannot update the order to ShipOut through the pull order button on the upper right corner of the system, please check:

1.Whether the warehouse ID filled in when connecting Teapplix ERP is accurate;

2.Whether the order to be pulled to ShipOut is in unshipped status;

3.Whether the order time to be pulled to ShipOut is later than the earliest synchronization order time filled in when connecting to Teapplix ERP.
