How to invite customers who have registered OMS accounts in the new warehouse?

An account can only be registered once with an email. If the email provided by the customer is already an OMS account under a warehouse, and you want to add the customer to a new warehouse, you just need to invite the customer’s email.

Step: Log in to the WMS account>Client Center>Invite Clients>Select Method 1, fill in the customer email>Send an invitation.

After the warehouse sends the invitation, the customer’s mailbox will receive an email. Click “Activate” in the email to receive the invitation from the new warehouse. After accepting the invitation, the customer can choose to submit the order to the new warehouse when submitting an order.
