Batch Uploading of Shipping Tracking Numbers
If the order does not already have a shipping tracking number, you can add one. If the order does not have a shipping tracking number, you can add one on the OMS (order management system) side by entering the customer’s order number in the “parcel outbound” interface. It is not possible to add another shipping tracking number to an order that already has one. Instead, use the customer’s order number on the “parcel outbound” interface to import the shipping tracking number on the WMS (warehouse management system) side.
If you need to return the tracking number to the online store, you must specify the carrier service when importing, or the return will fail. (Only orders pulled from online stores, not manually created or imported orders, can return the shipping tracking number.)
