The Difference Between Generating Charges in Received Orders and Complete Inbound Orders
Receiving: If a bill is in the receiving stage, charges will still be generated even if it is cancelled because the bill has already been received; this transaction flow will not be automatically invalidated.
Completion: If the billing is completed, which means the order must be finished in order to pay the fees, before the cancellation is finished, no transaction flow will be produced.
Note: This design accounts for the possibility that some orders are canceled but the operation fee still needs to be charged. Both confirm the billing page is in the point of completion when the pop-up window confirmation.
