ShipOut WMS supports TEMU-Y2 business models including domestic direct shipping, overseas warehouse label replacement, and virtual warehouse exchanges. OMS can print neutral barcodes (like order numbers), and ShipOut WMS can scan these to automatically generate last-mile shipping labels and complete outbound fulfillment.
Note: To ensure accurate inventory, order isolation, and outbound processes, please request ShipOut support to create a new warehouse dedicated to Y2 exchange operations. This is free of charge.
Step 1: OMS – Sync Orders to ShipOut
TEMU-Y2 order syncing is identical to regular TEMU store order syncing.
Bind your TEMU store in OMS.
Click the Update button in the top-right corner to sync orders into ShipOut.
desc: Enter SKU, quantity, or custom note (e.g., SKU123*2, or date)
Format the cells as “General” in Excel to avoid display issues.
4. Upload the completed file and click Print Barcode. You’ll receive barcodes with SKU info. Print and attach these to packages sent to the overseas warehouse.
Step 3: OMS - Submit these orders to the warehouse to arrange for shipment
Prerequisite: In the order exchange business scenario, only one SKU needs to be created and sufficient virtual inventory added for the shipment of all orders.
Enter the OMS system, product management, single product, new product, and new independent product. The steps are as shown in the following figure
Contact the warehouse directly in the inventory management of WMS to add sufficient virtual inventory for the created SKUs through inventory adjustment. The operation is as shown in the following figure
Submit orders
Go to the OMS system, Order Management, Pending processing, select all orders, click on “Outbound”, and submit the outbound order
2. Select batch mapping and map all orders to virtual SKUs for shipment, as shown in the following figure
