Under normal circumstances, ShipOut will automatically return the logistic tracking number to the store after shipment, but due to Amazon’s current limit, there will be a small number of orders that are not returned successfully.
You can find orders that have not returned the tracking number successfully to your order interface. Select the orders you want to update, and then click “Update to Store” to manually return the tracking number. Orders whose tracking numbers have not been returned to the system will be marked with a red exclamation mark.
