Step 1: Set up VIP customer group. In the Client Center → drop-down customer group → manage customer group, create a VIP customer group.

 Step 2: Set up the corresponding billing rules: inbound fee, outbound fee, and return fee.

Step 3: Set up the corresponding billing rules: additional service fees, freight, storage fees and work order fees
